Cheer/Dance Abilities
We have two open houses coming up for our abilities program. First one is for our Cheer Abilities team, on Sunday, July 14th at 1pm. The second one is four our Dance Abilities team, and it’s next Saturday, July 20th at 11am! We would love to have your athlete join us this season. To be a part of our gRAYt family. HS Training Teams
Our NEW High School Training program designed to keep your athlete engaged and better prepared for High School cheerleading. This program will focus on all the basics of high school cheer, Tumbling, Jumps, sideline cheers/chants, and stunting. We will practice in a team setting and bond in place of fall cheerleading. We will end the program with a high school routine exhibition in the Stingray gym. High School training program runs through November with a final exhibition early December. Questions? Green Team – No prerequisite required
Blue Team– prerequisite: Standing Back Handspring and Roundoff Back Handspring

Summer/July 4th Break
The Stingray Allstars – Virginia (Ashburn) is closed for Summer/July 4th Break from Sunday, June 30th through Sunday, July 7th. All activities resume on Monday, July 8th.
